Marking a New Era: Turnover Ceremony Program for Accountant III Cortuna and Accountant I Pablico
The DENR PENRO Palawan marked a significant milestone as they gathered to honor the contributions of Accountant Norrman Nazar Cortuna and warmly welcome Accountant Rhea Joyce Pablico during the turnover ceremony held on January 17, 2025 at DENR-PENRO Training Hall, Bgy, Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City.

The ceremony commenced with a heartfelt tribute to Accountant III Norman Nazar S. Cortuna, CPA, MBA, whose exemplary service and dedication have been instrumental in steering the DENR-Palawan to its current changes and success.
As the responsibilities were turned over to Accountant Rhea, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and optimism. The program included encouraging speeches from Division and Section Heads, who all expressed their gratitude to Accountant Cortuna and warmly welcomed and looked forward to working with Accountant Pablico. Highlights of the commemoration included a symbolic record handover, Accountant Pablico's acceptance remark, and a commemorative token given to Accountant Cortuna in recognition of his accomplishments and contributions.
