In celebration of the Probation Month, 54 probationers participated in the tree planting activity conducted by the Puerto Princesa City Green Justice Zone together with the DENR, PPCPO, and the City Government of Puerto Princesa at the graduated NGP Site at Barangay Montible on July 27, 2024.

Present in the event were convenor PPCGJZ  Executive Judge, RTC PPC Hon. Jocelyn Sundiang-Dilig, IBP Palawan Chapter President Atty. Suzane Lacson, Atty. Arlene Paredez, Hon. Enrique Selda, Hon. Jose Bayani Usman, LGU Iwaig, Bgy. Council of Montible, PSU School of Law students, City ENRO personnel, PCSDS, BUCOR, PNP, Parole and Probation Office, Chief Liberty Fabrigas, DENR PENRO headed by PENRO Felizardo Cayatoc, and the 54 Probationers. 

The tree planting activity was condition of the probation, requiring Probationers to plant twenty (20) trees annualy as part of their community service that aims to contribute to the environment’s preservation. 500 seedlings of Narra and Ipil were successfully planted during the activity. Moreover, this tree planting activity signifies their good deeds towards the community.
